| Almost Halloween....all ready | for everyone |
We have to do our pumpkins tonight or tomorrow...probably tonight.
We haven't been up to much lately, just hanging out. I have been doing a bit of stitching, and have added pics to the site.
Well I have to go and have a shower, went for 80 min walk today...I started out cold and was sweating by the time I was home....I have had trouble with my heels...and really need new runners, but they cost so much....

I did acouple more stitches on the snowman I'm working on. Yesterday I ordered some stash from an online shop...with our dollar above par it's alot nicer and with only Michaels around....I just had to order something....=) I will take pics when the package arrives....take care

I'm job hunting, it's not that much fun. I wish we didn't have to
move, I was happy with my job and the hours. I have to find something
because I'm eating way to much.... I also need to get new runners...but they cost so much for the ones I want.....

have a job interview today...wish me luck everyone...=) We didn't do
much over the weekend, I wasn't feeling well, Sat I stayed in my PJ's
all day...=( Sunday we went to hockey, my son's team won 4-3 it was a
close game....=) I have been doing a small bit of stitching, and will

I have been stitching santa magnets for family and they are taking forever. Almost done and I will send pics soon, the camera batteries are ready to go out the window...rechargeables....grrrrr they make me made.
Well I will talk to you all later, still looking for a job, but not much out in this town, that is worth the $9.00 an hour....with day care costing $7 or so ....the hunt continues. bye for now and Happy Stitching and shopping wrapping baking...etc...

Hi...Happy
Saturday all.... =) it's cold here but sunny. We went to hockey today
am...DS's team did well, they are all playing so well, they have
won the last two games. We are heading out shopping after lunch here, I have to get a few things.
I finished my Santa magnets, and I'm working on some more with bigger count. I made 6 taller Santa's, and 5 square ones...I think, I'm working on 2 bigger square Santa's. I have finished baking my xmas things, I made whipped shortbread, gingerbread cookies, butter tarts, nanaimo bars, and sugar cookies, we still have to decorate them.
I'm pretty much done all my shopping for Christmas, but still have to get a few odds and ends.

I now have a cold and have lost my voice everyone was making fun of how I sound....=( they said I sound like a cartoon character, I feel fine then I go to talk and look out...
I finished all my santa magnets, I'm making this year, and now I'm looking for something to stitch. maybe I should start on next years projects....we will see
So I'm self employed now....I have two houses I clean for, and they are really happy, and the news is spreading....=) I like doing it, I like cleaning bathrooms, and that's the one thing people want me to do. My sister does this back home and it works well when you have children in kindergarten. it's also nice I can bring DD to the two houses I have. So I may be getting more work in the new year, but I"m happy with just the two for now, it keeps me out of the kitchen eating....=) and I get exercise also. 3 hours at one house with out stopping and 2 hours at the other. I'm happy, for now, I don't have to deal with the public and I'm my own boss....=) 100% goes to me... you know what I mean. I would like to do garden work but I may add that into the mix next year we will see how things go.
I can't believe there's only 13 days until Christmas, boy that's scary. Well I'm ready for that I think, I hope you all are, take care and Happy stitching if you find time.

I can't believe the holidays are over, we had a great Christmas and New
Year, and are now getting back in to the groove....Early morning hockey
today, and will just be heading off to work soon. I have 3 houses I'm
cleaning now and I think I'm at my limit. But we will see, it's cutting
into my work out time....lol but I guess it's a work out also. Here's a poc of my brother and sisters at Christmas.

it's great if you want to stitching a pic and it has different count
sizes...it was $26. something canadian with a 40 % off coupon. My cleaning jobs are great, I work tues for 2 1/2 hours, Wed for 4 hours and thursday for 2 hours, I'm like it alot actually...no more weekend or nights...now I know why my sister has been house cleaning all these years...especially with kids.
Well bye for now, I'm waiting for spring so I can get out in the garden and get the moss out of my grass......=)

I haven't been stitching at all, we have been sick and my hand have been bad with exzeama. I also have been out in my yard trying to get the moss out....the front grass I got 3 full bags of moss.....and my yard isn't that big....I put more moss killer down....I'm going to be raking more soon.
I'm not doing well in the weight lose area....=( But hope to get back at it soon.....

Hi
everyone it's April 9th already I can't believe it. I have been
working on my family tree "Through the Years" started way way
back....but it was one of my early starts and has alot of mistakes, so
it's hard to keep on the right line...etc...but I did photo copy to make
a working copy and highlight as I go now....I will post pics
soon...just heading to my cousins house here shortly. But for the last
week I have been Scrapbooking none stop....I have all the stuff just
haven't got my ass in gear....but actually, I think I got the bug
again...well I never had it....but hubby got a new computer and moved
the other desk down stairs giving me room to set up my scrapbooking
area......and I love it, I can com and go when ever I like...it's always
set up and ready for me. 'And then there's my garden.....I have started seeds inside, and have to baby them....re-pot, split up....etc....I have lots and lots of tomatoe plants....just one thing I forgot to label my seeds....so I have a mystry when the plants do grow up and into plants...my tomatoes are either cherry or roma I don't know ...=) Here's a picture of them, above I guess I wanted the pic down here....anyhow I have to go and get ready, so many things to do so little time...take care everyone and Happy stitching or whatever your up to now...=)

Well it's been cold ish here, so I haven't been doing much outside, just fertilizing my grass, cutting it, and thank god the moss has been killed for now....=) I dug up another area for a flower garden, so I'm just waiting to get my plants in the ground, I went to a sale at a local nursery, and picked up some ever-bearing raspberries, I have never had that kind before, but I love my strawberries that are ever-bearing....=) I also picked up a camilla pink bush...and can't wait to see it next year in bloom. I have my sweet peas poking up from the dirt, and I'm still nursing my 100 or so Tomato plants that I started from seed...and I'm not sure if they are Roma or Cherry....so that's not good.
I have been walking every day....well about 5 days a week with a friend, we walk for an hour or so, and it is great because it doesn't seem like exercise at all, with all our talking....=)
I'm finally having my garage sale tomorrow, I have to get my signs out and I hope people come because I haven't put it in the paper, but I have had it set up in my garage since last year....and I have finally had enough of it.....lol slow I know....so I hope to sell alot of it, then I'm going to call some one to pick it up or take it to Value Village...or something like that....okay well I have to go and put up my signs...I will talk to you later, have a great weekend...=)

We had a busy weekend but aren't they all, Yard Sale on Sat, did pretty good, weather was great. DH came home from Quebec City he was there for 5 days for work.
We went to my son's Ball hockey today, then grocery shopping...we just needed steak and ended up spending 120.00...what's up with that...any how, our gas is at $1.30 litre and going up....our money sure doesn't last anymore does it...any how I ate to much and need to go for a walk....I will go on my treadmill I think....okay I will talk to everyone later, have a great week....take care Richelle

May 17, 2008, my baby sister got married, the weather was beautiful, but the bride and groom made the day shine....=)we have lots of pics and will post them on my facebook album or maybe Webshots.
today May 20, 2008 - we are having sheet lightning and thunder today the whole house is shaking....
I finished my cs for them....and gave it to them Thursday night at the wedding shower.....=)
